The Hotel was not cleam, many insects show up in the rook, so hard to find parking and no valet there

Clean rooms , comfortable , check in was after 1 AM and the staff was nice , complimentary fruit basket .

The staff at the hotel are wonderful and represent Omani hospitality in a great light. A great welcome to Oman and its people. Fantastic and memorable. Made me want to go back to Oman and I told my friends and family about this beautiful place.
Some slight attention to detail. For example, the shower could have been better and there were no numbers on the phone that told you how to contact reception and housekeeping.

They do not have parking at all. At night I used to move around looking for parking for more than 30 minutes daily

no free internet which is not good cos i need to go to the reception just to buy card at 30 Dhs per day. The entrance space is very small.

The staff very very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and great value for money. The location is great - near Abu Dhabi mall and Le Meridian whch has a great garden to have dinner and drinks (and is surprisingly not too expensive). Breakfast was fantastic value at 250 AED included a buffet and you could order extras like omlettes at no extra cost. Overall a very comfortable hotel in a great location.
Bit tricky to find and the map is not clear at all.
